Im Jahr 2022 wurden 11.769 Änderungen am LibreOffice-Quellcode vorgenommen, von 218 Autoren in 10 Projekten (Repositories). Wir haben auch am Google Summer of Code teilgenommen, um studentische Entwickler zu unterstützen.   The Document Foundation (TDF) ist die gemeinnützige Organisation, die hinter LibreOffice steht und die Infrastruktur und Unterstützung für die Gemeinschaft bereitstellt, die die Suite entwickelt.
